Reason why it is so important to keep the Sabbath (From Friday evening - Saturday evening )

Reason why it is so important to keep the Sabbath -- There will be a Sabbath in the millennial Kingdom, and to ignore the Sabbath, here or there, profanes YHWH's name.

Exodus 20:8 - "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy."

Ezekiel 22 (speaking of Israel, and remember Gentiles are grafted in with Israel) - vs. 26: "Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my Sabbaths, and I am profaned among them."

Ezekiel 44 (speaking of Israel during the millennial reign) - vs. 23-24: "And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean. And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my Sabbaths."

Many say the Sabbath was changed to Sunday, but look who changed it:

First Sunday Law enacted by Emperor Constantine -
March, 321 A.D.

On the venerable Day of the Sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In the country, however, persons engaged in agriculture may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits; because it often happens that another day is not so suitable for grain-sowing or for vine-planting; lest by neglecting the proper moment for such operations the bounty of heaven should be lost. (Given the 7th day of March, Crispus and Constantine being consuls each of them for the second time [A.D. 321].)

Many say let everyday be the Sabbath, but consider the meaning of the word holy. Holy means set apart of things, set apart from all other days. If one were to consider all days as holy before the Lord, no day would be holy, for there would be none set apart from any other.

There is only one Sabbath, and that is from Friday evening until Saturday evening, and if we say that we are followers of the Almighty, then we must follow His fourth commandment, as it is written in John 14:15, If ye love me, keep my commandments."
